Vancity Vice is a premier adult flag football team based in Vancouver, BC, featuring top-tier players from the BCAFFL, BCPFA, and Topflight leagues. This team competes in national and international flag football tournaments, showcasing our skill and love for football on a global stage.

Sports Physio: Vancity Vice Flag Football

As flag football gains Olympic recognition in 2024, Vancity Vice is proud to be at the forefront of this development. Inspired by the resilience and dedication of Olympic athletes, we are expanding our horizons by participating in both 7-on-7 and 5-on-5 leagues under the BC Provincial Football Association (BCPFA). This new format allows Vancity Vice to compete for the provincial title and potentially represent BC in the Football Canada Senior Flag National Championships. Success in these championships could propel us to the international stage, with the ultimate goal of representing Canada in the Flag World Championships.

During the 2023 season, our men's and women's team achieved remarkable success by winning the 7-on-7 Championship in the Spring. In the fall, our men's and coed team won in a clean sweep underscoring our competitive edge and enduring prominence in the league. In 2024, our coed team won the BCAFFL Coed League, and our men's team clinched the Men's 8s title, thanks to Justin's dedication to helping us with our injuries and ensuring we are taped up and ready to compete.

Our quarterbacks are the cornerstone of Vancity Vice, requiring peak physical condition to lead the team effectively. Justin Shing Physiotherapy focuses on maintaining the health and performance of our quarterback's throwing arm, particularly the rotator cuff.
